This section allows you to set up Site Content that will affect its look and general functionality. The Site Cotent<\/em><\/strong> is that area of site which stays between Site Header<\/em> and Site Footer<\/em>. You are able to display here all the information you need for your site.<\/p>\n

By understanding each of the <\/i>options presented below, you will be able to display your content in many creative ways.<\/p>\n

Keep in mind<\/span> \u00a0 For a facile\u00a0presentation, let\u2019s call Post, Project<\/em>\u00a0or\u00a0Page<\/em>\u00a0with the generic term of Single<\/strong> and \u2014\u00a0when refering to all of them\u00a0\u2014\u00a0Singles<\/strong>.<\/p><\/div>\n

Beyond the Singles\u00a0<\/em><\/strong>pages, your site has also other types of content pages like: Search Page, Categories Page, Tags Page, Latest Posts Page<\/em>. If comparing to Singles,<\/em> all of these pages has similar design and structure (as they are Archive Pages). There is also the Attachment Page<\/em> that is more similar to a Single Page<\/em>.\u00a0So, the options from Content\u00a0\u2192 General<\/strong> refer to them.<\/p><\/div>

The next three options\u00a0\u2014 Post<\/strong>, Project<\/strong> and Page<\/strong>\u00a0\u2014 offers you enough customizations in order to make them unique, to give a different look and feeling to each of them. This is the reason they\u00a0have separate options.<\/p>\n

So, in the case of Singles, you are free to create as many designs and layouts as you want, because you have the necessary\u00a0tools and elements to achieve the desired page. More about this, you could find at Managing content<\/a> section.<\/em><\/p>\n

There is also 404 Error Page<\/em><\/strong>, with a separate design and layout. It is conceived for those moments when your site has dead ends.<\/p>\n

When talking about\u00a0Featured Branding<\/strong><\/em> and\u00a0Sidebar<\/strong><\/em>, you should be aware that both of them\u00a0represent content elements<\/em><\/strong>\u00a0\u2014\u00a0t<\/em>hey are not content pages by themselves (as Post, Project, Page, Error 404 Page are).<\/em><\/p>\n
